What you will do

• Support the product vision and develop the roadmap for AI-powered clinical trial features.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Design, Product, and Clinical teams to ensure timely feature delivery.
• Gather and organize customer feedback to identify and resolve usability issues.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs to drive product iteration.
• Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize market research into actionable insights.
• Take initiative to address blockers in a fast-paced, shifting environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, technical roles, or business analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Outstanding academic record.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from the Barcelona office.
• Experience in clinical research is highly preferable.
