What you will do

• Maintain and evolve the positioning framework as the company's source of truth.
• Own GTM strategy and execution for product launches in partnership with Growth Marketing.
• Track market trends and competitor positioning to maintain battlecards and conduct win/loss analysis.
• Develop deep buyer expertise for benefits consultants, brokers, and HR/finance leaders.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align platform capabilities with market positioning.
• Enable field teams by building training and key message frameworks for Sales and Customer Success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Deep fluency in the benefits market, including self-funded employers and the broker buying process.
• Proven track record of owning positioning and executing category creation.
• AI-first mindset with the ability to use AI tools and agents to automate routine tasks.
• Strong writing and communication skills tailored to different professional audiences.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k, HSA, and US-specific benefits).

• Experience with major market repositioning beyond simple feature launches.
