Location: Hybrid; must be based in France, Belgium, or Spain

What you will do

  • Define the vision and roadmap for critical, high-ambiguity operational challenges.
  • Scale healthcare services and operating models, managing quality and international replication.
  • Build and own fraud detection capabilities and ecosystem-level strategies.
  • Negotiate complex supplier agreements to optimize budgets and improve member satisfaction.
  • Drive make-vs-buy decisions on tooling and infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the professional community.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience in operations management or entrepreneurship.
  • Full fluency in English and Spanish, French, or Dutch.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL fluency for data analysis.
  • Proven track record of owning initiatives with >10M€/year business impact.
  • Experience leading product reviews and making hard prioritization calls with partial information.
