What you will do

• Analyze workflows across IT and non-IT departments to identify manual processes and bottlenecks.
• Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using Python and LLMs to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement and integrate automation workflows with internal systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Prepare structured documentation and presentations to communicate findings and impact to stakeholders.
• Deliver training sessions and guidance to support the adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.
• Monitor deployed solutions and continuously improve performance and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience building automation or AI-driven solutions.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to translate business and operational problems into technical solutions.
• Experience with engineering best practices, including version control and code reviews.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
