What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions and complex workflow automations.
• Apply agentic development practices to create architecture, PoCs, and integration roadmaps.
• Optimize existing AI services, workflows, documentation, and advanced prompt templates for quality and safety.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to test AI model responses and maintain stable performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and Product/Process Owners to refine requirements and align implementation with business value.

Requirements

• Strong agentic engineering skills and a solid foundation in workflow automation.
• Hands-on proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including implementing LLMs.
• Experience building services using RAG, vector stores, multimodal LLMs, and agent orchestration patterns.
• Solid system design knowledge to solve complex real-world business problems.
• Strong generative AI prompt engineering skills, including understanding LLM capabilities, limitations, and provider settings.
• Ability to write and maintain end-to-end tests/specs (Docker and Kubernetes/OKD experience is a plus).
