What you will do

• Own the full SDLC for new platform capabilities and product features from ideation through delivery and deployment.
• Design and implement end-to-end solutions across frontend, backend, data, and integration layers.
• Collaborate directly with internal stakeholders to translate business problems into production-grade solutions.
• Partner with the AI Research team to integrate, evaluate, and harden AI agents within platform capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture decisions supporting scalability, observability, security, and platform evolution.
• Drive engineering excellence through automation and AI-assisted development practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated end-to-end product ownership.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js 3.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language, with Python preferred.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and API design/consumption.
• Experience designing and supporting resilient cloud-based systems, specifically AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience with observability (logs/metrics/traces) and incident-aware engineering.
• Experience building shared libraries, templates, and developer tooling (paved roads).
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments with strong security and release discipline.
• Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards for reusable UI patterns.
