Location: Hybrid work format in Almaty, Limassol, or Belgrade. Relocation support is fully covered by the company.

What you will do
- Design and launch agent-based workflows and internal AI tools to improve speed and quality across business functions.
- Develop and evolve a shared framework for AI agent orchestration and automation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical AI solutions.
- Build reusable components, scripts, and connectors to enable teams to adopt AI independently.
- Define success criteria and measure the ROI of AI initiatives through speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong background in software engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps/SRE.
- Practical experience with LLM solutions, agent-based systems, or automation workflows.
- Native Russian language and good working level of English.
- High level of autonomy and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of gamedev production pipelines.
- Experience building internal tooling and reusable automation layers in fast-growing product companies.
