Senior MLOps Engineer (AI): Building and operating a secure, scalable, and cost-optimized platform for deploying AI agents across enterprise infrastructure with an accent on AWS, Kubernetes, observability, and infrastructure as code. Focus on designing MCP server and gateway deployments, measuring token and resource costs, automating multi-environment releases, and maintaining platform reliability and security.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and maintain AI agents on Agent Core MCP servers and MCP gateways.
- Build and operate secure, highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized infrastructure for AI workloads.
- Implement observability for logs and traces using OpenTelemetry and Datadog.
- Support AI researchers, AI engineers, data scientists, and software engineering teams with production deployments.
- Perform load testing, token cost measurement, resource optimization, vulnerability assessments, and troubleshooting.
- Develop CI/CD workflows, automation scripts with AWS Boto3, and Terraform-based infrastructure across multiple environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, platform engineering, API design, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes or EKS, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong coding skills in Python, Node, Go, or similar backend and automation languages.
- Experience with security practices, cost optimization, performance testing, and observability tooling.
- Familiarity with MCPs and AI agent frameworks, plus the ability to collaborate with AI engineering and data science teams.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI or ML platforms and AI agents in production.
- Exposure to high-scale distributed systems and complex cloud infrastructure.
- AWS certifications.
