What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans to meet North American growth objectives.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships with dealer partners, architects, and designers.
• Lead, empower, and manage the USA sales team, including recruitment decisions to meet targets.
• Maintain and optimize CRM (Salesforce) data quality to ensure efficient lead routing and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with the hirify.global family and internal teams to drive shared growth and client satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine regional sales strategies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the contract furniture industry.
• Proven track record of leading and developing a sales team.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Degree-level education.
• Strong negotiation, market analysis, and relationship management skills.
