What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve annual sales targets.
• Prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead the development of proposals, win themes, and pricing strategies for prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and operations leaders to present tailored facility service solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales data and activity records within the CRM.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Must be located in San Francisco, San Jose, or Oakland.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Services sales.
• 5-8 years of overall sales experience in a comparable field.
• Proven track record of selling single, multiple, or bundled service solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
