What you will do

• Support the planning phase by gathering market intelligence and researching audience insights
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Prepare quantitative and qualitative reports to interpret data trends
• Collaborate with Communication Planners to formulate data-driven recommendations for future strategies

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, or Foreign Languages
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Fluency in Italian is required
• Must be located in or able to commute to Milan, Italy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Data-driven mindset and genuine interest in media and advertising
