What you will do

• Identify and qualify brands for system integrations to drive platform growth.
• Lead technical onboarding, guiding brands through configuration and successful data sync.
• Project-manage custom API-based implementations for complex brand requirements.
• Act as the primary link between the Revenue team and Product/Tech teams to influence the connector roadmap.
• Monitor integration health, diagnose technical issues, and lead remediation efforts.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or integration roles.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and ERP ecosystems (Shopify, WooCommerce, Odoo, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with APIs, including reading documentation, troubleshooting payloads, and debugging connectors.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work at least 4 days a week at the Paris office.
