What you will do

• Lead early commercial planning for the Neuroscience pipeline, including indication prioritization and lifecycle management.
• Develop strategic narratives and business cases to support governance and portfolio decision-making.
• Provide commercial leadership for Dysport lifecycle strategy and long-term growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Medical Affairs, and Global Pricing & Access.
• Conduct commercial evaluations for business development opportunities to inform screening and due diligence.
• Integrate market insights and competitive intelligence into the long-term Neuroscience Therapeutic Area strategy.

Requirements

• Significant experience in early commercial roles within the biopharmaceutical industry or life sciences strategy consulting.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or an MBA.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proven expertise in launch planning, disease area strategy, and cross-functional matrix leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business case modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of global markets, competitive landscaping, and market research methodologies.
