Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bolton, UK. The role requires 2-3 days per week in the hub, with 4 days per week required during the initial 8-week training period.

Salary: £25,983 – £31,573 per year.

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers and debt agents to resolve outstanding balances.
• Tailor sustainable and affordable repayment plans based on individual customer circumstances.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer data to identify patterns and optimize debt recovery strategies.
• Perform investigative tracing to verify customer financial history and contact information.
• Handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve debt reduction targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Must be able to attend the Bolton hub for 8 weeks of full-time training starting 27th July 2026.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
