What you will do

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and workflow challenges.
• Conduct on-site visits to treatment centers to observe processes and validate data insights.
• Track and report on key performance indicators and operational metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred).
• Experience analyzing complex business problems using large datasets.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to treatment centers.
• Ability to influence leadership through data-backed recommendations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Exposure to healthcare or healthcare operations.
• Located in the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) area.
• Experience with financial modeling or performance analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence tools or large datasets.
