What you will do

• Lead portfolio governance activities and ensure projects follow established PMO standards and methodologies.
• Coordinate portfolio validation and prioritization based on business needs and available site resources.
• Support the development and implementation of PMO processes, templates, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate project demand management, approval processes, and stage-gate reviews.
• Manage project resource allocation and time tracking to support effective capacity planning.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and escalate critical issues to divisional leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or PMO leadership.
• Experience working within a cGMP/GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, or life sciences).
• Strong analytical skills to manage complex project dependencies and resource constraints.
• Proficiency with tools such as Planview, Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Portsmouth, NH.

Nice to have

• PMP or PfMP certifications.
• Operational familiarity with Cell Therapy, Biologics, or Advanced Therapies.
