What you will do

• Lead significant portions of water and wastewater facility design and construction projects.
• Develop technical reports, memos, detailed designs, and contract specifications.
• Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members on complex infrastructure projects.
• Support business development by preparing technical approaches and project proposals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to early-career engineering professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Thorough understanding of water and wastewater design, including infrastructure, conveyance, and pump stations.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
