What you will do

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: set direction, write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and groom backlog.
• Conduct deep customer discovery through user interviews and shadowing finance teams.
• Influence cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, PMM) without authority to align on goals and ship high-quality features.
• Analyze product analytics and usage data directly to inform iterations.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on GTM enablement, beta programs, and release communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience delivering complex, high-impact products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of finance operations, especially Accounts Payable, financial controls, or reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite and financial data flows.
• Comfort as a senior Individual Contributor owning roadmap and execution independently.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML and automation for business problems.
• Ability to engage with engineering on APIs, architecture, and data models.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
