Graduate - Strategy & Innovation (Aviation): Supporting the operations of the Central Innovation Fund by managing the intake funnel, portfolio documentation, and reporting with an accent on stage-gate governance and stakeholder communication. Focus on building business cases, visualizing portfolio progress, and coordinating innovation showcases.

Location: Barcelona, Spain or Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid (up to 2 days WFH).

What you will do

• Manage CIF intake funnel, perform eligibility checks, and organize submissions.
• Prepare materials for stage-gate reviews and maintain accurate portfolio trackers.
• Develop monthly budget and portfolio reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Support project teams with business case frameworks and customer test plans.
• Organize innovation demo days, showcases, and internal communications.
• Maintain CIF policies and coordinate vendor onboarding compliance with Finance and Legal.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Engineering, or Sciences.
• 0–1 year of professional experience, including internships or university projects.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for slide creation and data visualization.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Barcelona (Spain) or Prague (Czech Republic).

Nice to have

• Exposure to innovation, venture, or accelerator environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, or Confluence.
• Interest in the aviation, travel, or technology sectors.
