What you will do

• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in all agile ceremonies and provide daily clarification to the development team.
• Uphold product roadmap governance by coordinating with R&D, Product Management, and Operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding backlog priorities and progress.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner in a product-led Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS365, and mockup tools like Figma.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile principles.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, regulatory technology (RegTech), or B2B software.
• Familiarity with projects involving AI/ML concepts.
