What you will do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies across the assigned EMEA region
• Conduct detailed reviews of investigative and analytical workflows to identify inefficiencies
• Execute strategic account plans to drive new business and expand existing opportunities
• Deliver high-quality presentations and facilitate collaborative workshops
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events and conferences
• Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure solution adoption

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing sales or specialist roles within tech or investigative environments
• Strong understanding of investigative workflows and digital evidence handling
• Professional fluency in English and French
• Italian language proficiency required for customer engagement
• Experience working with law enforcement, government, or investigative organizations
• Ability to travel frequently across the assigned region

• Background in Digital Intelligence, digital forensics, or cybersecurity
• Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customers
