What you will do

  • Conceptualize, implement, and monitor Paid Social and App Marketing activities on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google, and Apple.
  • Define and monitor key KPIs such as ROAS and CPI to manage campaigns independently.
  • Conduct campaign analyses to derive actionable recommendations and document results.
  • Execute A/B tests for continuous performance optimization.
  • Develop creative frameworks and strategies in collaboration with Design and Media Conception teams.
  • Advance marketing automation in close collaboration with Tech teams.

Requirements

  • Above-average degree in business administration, media management, or e-commerce from a renowned university.
  • Initial experience in app or performance marketing (e.g., through internships or working student roles).
  • Strong analytical thinking and an affinity for numbers to derive solutions from data.
  • Proactive and open-minded mindset with the motivation to challenge existing structures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
