What you will do

• Execute app acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
• Set up and optimize CRM campaigns, including push notifications, in-app messages, and inbox communications.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and tech teams to monitor attribution and funnel KPIs.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and messaging to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare app performance reports and forecasts to translate data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• First professional experience in app marketing or mobile performance marketing (ideally within the first 2 years of career).
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, or TikTok.
• Exposure to Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in working with KPIs and data testing.
• Business fluent English and good German skills.
• Must be based in Berlin.
