Location: Hybrid - must be based in the UK (1 day per week on client site in Harlow for the first few months)

Salary: £70,000 – £80,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Business Central project delivery across key client accounts.
• Oversee business-as-usual (BAU) support and ongoing client success.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams.
• Ensure successful delivery of implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior Business Central or NAV role.
• Experience working in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of the Manufacturing module.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Functional expertise with hands-on delivery and implementation experience.
• Must be based in the UK.
