TL;DR

SuccessFactors HR Systems Co-ordinator (ERP): Maintaining and supporting People Services systems with an accent on system enhancements, data accuracy, and procedural documentation. Focus on resolving system faults, executing upgrades, and ensuring GDPR compliance within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid (Milton Keynes, UK). Must be able to attend the office at least once per month.

Salary: £32,080 to £37,694

What you will do

  • Maintain and support People Services systems, including resolving faults and delivering system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with IT and Service Delivery teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  • Perform data corrections, uploads, and regular audits to ensure GDPR compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the delivery of small projects and cyclical activities, such as salary reviews.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and provide coaching to colleagues.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for system and process troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the support and maintenance of SuccessFactors Employee Central and MS Office systems.
  • Experience executing and evaluating system upgrades and performing relevant testing.
  • Experience managing Role Based Permissions and system access.
  • Ability to maintain detailed process documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
