What you will do

• Act as functional lead for Dynamics 365 CE, focusing on Non-Profit Customer Insights, Sales Enterprise, and Fundraising and Engagement modules.
• Perform hands-on configuration of components like fields, views, forms, business rules, and build low-code Power Automate flows.
• Serve as primary point of contact for system issues and user support, resolving requests efficiently.
• Manage routine admin tasks including user accounts, security roles, access permissions, and data sharing rules.
• Maintain system documentation and troubleshoot issues, escalating only when specialist support is needed.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including configuration, customisation, and administration.
• Skilled in Power Platform: Power Automate, model-driven Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (data unification, segmentation, journeys, analytics) and Sales module (leads, opportunities, pipeline, forecasting).
• Working understanding of SQL and SSIS for integrations; strong data management skills (imports, validation, de-duplication).
• Practical project experience with effort estimation and change management; knowledge of GDPR and data governance.
• Clear communicator with cross-departmental collaboration experience, ideally in not-for-profit sector.

Nice to have

• Understanding of fundraising and finance processes (income reconciliation, Gift Aid).
• Experience coordinating external partners.
