• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and data management best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Experience providing user training and support.
