What you will do

• Drive the execution of industry-leading AI/ML and CPU processor projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage complex schedules across multiple chiplets.
• Serve as the primary interface between internal engineering teams and external partners.
• Translate technical engineering details into strategic program objectives.
• Ensure cross-team alignment on priorities and dependencies to meet milestone deliverables.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in EE/ECE/CE/CS.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on background in physical design, including synthesis, place and route flows, timing analysis, EM/IR, and physical verification.
• Proven track record of successfully managing design services partners and client relationships.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology per EAR regulations.
