What you will do

• Manage business travel bookings and changes for flights, hotels, rail, and car hire during weekends.
• Support customers during urgent changes or travel disruptions.
• Utilize GDS (Galileo) and internal systems for accurate booking management.
• Work independently to make confident decisions for travellers.
• Deliver professional, calm, and efficient service to business clients.

Requirements

• Current experience as a Business Travel Consultant working at a UK TMC
• Proficiency in GDS (Galileo)
• Ability to work standard weekend shifts between 8am and 8pm (minimum 22 hours per weekend)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
