TL;DR
Community & Support Student (Traveltech): Managing user queries and feedback for a travel tracking app with an accent on user experience and community engagement. Focus on investigating reported issues, escalating bugs, and acting as the voice of the user within the company.
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be a student currently studying in Amsterdam. Hybrid: in-person onboarding, followed by office attendance once a week (Wednesdays/Thursdays).

What you will do
- Manage user questions and feedback via email regarding the App, Travel Books, Posters, and Gift Cards
- Pinpoint, investigate, and escalate user-reported issues to the relevant teams
- Represent the users' voice by communicating feedback across the company
- Participate in team sessions and internal strategy meetings
Requirements
- Must be a student studying in Amsterdam
- Fluency in English and native fluency in Dutch and/or French
- Ability to work 8-24 hours per week
- Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Nice to have
- Fluency in additional languages, such as German
- Experience in a customer-facing role or similar position
