What you will do

• Provide 7-star service to business travelers by managing bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Arrange European and domestic flights, car rentals, and hotels.
• Communicate with clients via live chat, telephone, and email professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and develop client relationships, offering support throughout the travel process.
• Ensure service level agreements are met and manage Galileo GDS queues.
• Mentor and support junior team members, including quality-checking their work.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Galileo or Sabre GDS systems, including autonomous ticket reissuing.
• Proficiency in air fares and ticketing.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience as a Business Travel Consultant.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based within commuting distance of the Birmingham Hub.
