What you will do

• Support daily Accounts Payable operations to achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Participate in transitioning accounting processes from European entities to the Hungarian SSC.
• Handle invoice receipt, verification, processing, and Master Data Management.
• Manage internal and external queries and assist with AP closing activities.
• Identify and resolve process issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Maintain and update process manuals and work instructions.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in a finance operations role with AP knowledge.
• Must be based in Hungary.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas and pivot tables).
• Experience with SAP R3 (SAP S4/HANA is a plus).
