What you will do

• Review offers, contracts, and customer orders for completeness and correctness.
• Enter and process orders in SAP (SD/PS), handle data exchange via SAP-IDoc, and maintain delivery dates for forecasting.
• Prepare orders for billing per Austrian GAAP and tax rules, contribute to cash and risk management.
• Coordinate VAT assessments, tax codes, export control compliance, and related documentation.
• Act as interface between Sales, Project Management, Logistics, Export Compliance, and affiliates.
• Maintain backlog, billing dates, and data consistency in SAP for SBU forecasting.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent, spoken and written)
• Experience in order processing, order management, commercial operations, or logistics administration.
• Confident handling of SAP SD/PS, including master data maintenance.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, export/import fundamentals, and VAT scenarios.
• Strong process orientation, attention to detail, workflow management, and cross-functional communication.
• Customer-focused mindset and confident MS Office use.

• Knowledge in SAP IDoc processing.
• Experience with export compliance topics.
• German proficiency.
