Commercial Order Processing (SAP) (SAP SD/PS and automotive operations): Managing end-to-end customer order processing, SAP master data, billing preparation, export/import documentation, and compliance with an accent on VAT, export control, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on maintaining delivery milestones, supporting forecasting and cash management, and ensuring accurate commercial data across systems.
Location: Érd, Hungary, with home office possibility and occasional travel to Graz

What you will do
- Review offers, contracts, and customer orders for completeness and correctness.
- Enter and process delivery-oriented and billing plan orders in SAP SD/PS.
- Handle SAP-IDoc data exchange with Sales Affiliates and maintain accurate master data.
- Maintain delivery dates, milestones, backlog, and billing dates for forecasting.
- Prepare orders for billing under Austrian GAAP and tax requirements.
- Prepare export/import documentation, follow up shipping releases, and support cash and risk management.
Requirements
- Experience in order processing, order management, commercial operations, logistics administration, or a related field.
- Confident use of SAP SD/PS, including master data maintenance.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, export/import fundamentals, and VAT scenarios.
- Strong process orientation, attention to detail, workflow management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Fluent English at C1 level or equivalent is required.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and willingness to travel occasionally to Graz.

- Knowledge of SAP IDoc processing.
- Experience with export compliance topics.
- German proficiency.
