TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid: minimum 1 day per week in-office)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end PeopleOps processes ensuring consistency, security, and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll data sharing with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits providers and optimize administration workflows.
  • Maintain high data integrity across HRIS platforms like Workday and JIRA.
  • Monitor labor law changes to advise leadership and ensure full regulatory compliance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to automate and refine HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, benefits, and employee support.
  • In-depth knowledge of French labor laws and regional HR compliance.
  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
  • Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems, specifically Workday and JIRA.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
