Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines (2-3x a week RTO)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
• Coordinate multi-country payroll inputs, validations, and reconciliations for Philippines, Australia, and Singapore.
• Administer timekeeping, leave management, and benefits coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR and payroll queries across the APAC region.
• Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and maintain documentation for audit requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements for HR processes and system automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Payroll support roles.
• Experience coordinating Philippines payroll is required.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes within the APAC region.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive confidential information.
• Ability to work on a hybrid schedule in Manila.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating payroll in Australia and/or Singapore.
