TL;DR

Location: Valencia, Spain. Flexibility to adapt working hours for US time zone overlap and availability to travel to the US as business needs require.

What you will do

  • Review new active contracts to ensure billing and payment terms are correctly captured in IRES and Salesforce.
  • Create draft and issue final invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Track issued invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up with customers on outstanding payments.
  • Maintain and update accounts receivable ledgers and provide regular aged receivables and collection reports.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Legal, and Finance departments to resolve contract discrepancies and streamline billing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Back Office, Billing, Customer Operations, or Administrative role.
  • Experience reviewing contracts and issuing customer invoices.
  • Bilingual level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Flexibility to adapt working hours to ensure overlap with US-based teams.
  • Availability to travel to the US as business needs require.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
