What you will do

• Handle reception and posting of invoices.
• Manage payments according to negotiated conditions.
• Process and communicate returns to brands according to commercial guidelines.
• Manage penalties and maintain supplier accounts, including claiming balances and following up on documents.
• Provide support to suppliers via phone and email.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional areas of the business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree or Masters Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP (S/4HANA).
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to work proactively and with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment.
