What you will do

• Support revenue processes including invoicing, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Manage COGS processes and commission approvals based on established structures.
• Reconcile and allocate operating expenses related to marketing, facilities, and expansion.
• Improve internal controls and contribute to the automation of financial workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Operations, and People departments.
• Manage external interactions with suppliers and collaborators.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Experience in Spain is required.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
