What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end migration of the legacy data stack to a new AI-native pipeline without disrupting customer SLAs.
• Restore and optimize platform latency and reliability to support scaling toward 10k RPS.
• Rebuild the engineering management layer by establishing clear accountability and squad ownership.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows to improve delivery throughput and reduce operational load.
• Partner with product, GTM, and finance teams to align engineering investments with business outcomes.
• Manage the engineering budget, hiring strategy, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles as VP or Head of Engineering.
• Proven track record of leading major platform migrations or large-scale system rebuilds while maintaining service continuity.
• Deep experience operating low-latency, high-availability distributed systems for multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into engineering workflows and automation.
• Strong product partnership instincts and experience shaping technical roadmaps.
• Domain expertise in blockchain, fintech, payments, or large-scale data platforms.
