What you will do

• Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the network.
• Manage and cultivate long-term relationships with existing partners.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive engagement globally.
• Create and oversee successful campaigns using performance tracking.
• Optimize commission structures to maximize partner motivation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluent or Native English.
• Prior experience in an Affiliate Marketing company (MUST).
• Proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales.
• Knowledge of API integration and S2S tracking (practical or theoretical).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Russian.
