Location: Must be based in or able to work from Barcelona or Paris (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and drive post-implementation product adoption.
  • Manage key success metrics including renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and product-related support.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to represent client needs and drive service improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role.
  • Native-level French and fluent English proficiency required.
  • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear client recommendations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
