What you will do
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and drive post-implementation product adoption.
- Manage key success metrics including renewals, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operational and product-related support.
- Partner with Sales to identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to represent client needs and drive service improvements.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or asset management in a client-facing role.
- Native-level French and fluent English proficiency required.
- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear client recommendations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
