What you will do

• Drive the user experience and design for key product areas, from brainstorming concepts to creating wireframes.
• Deliver detailed, high-fidelity designs and prototypes for web and mobile products.
• Act as a user advocate by embedding user-centered design principles into digital experiences.
• Collaborate closely with product teams and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and organizational guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing flows and UI for web and mobile products, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping tools.
• Strong experience with user research methodologies and testing practices.
• High level of verbal and written English.
• Ability to present a portfolio of recent work.
• Degree in Design, Human Factor Engineering, or Psychology is an advantage.
