TL;DR
Inside Sales Team Leader, UK&I: Managing inside sales team to execute sales strategy and meet/exceed revenue targets for UK&I territory with an accent on performance management, territory planning, and team development. Location: Hybrid in Bucharest, Romania. Must be permanently located in Romania.

What you will do
- Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring proper training and assessment.
- Execute sales strategy, set targets, manage performance, and meet regional revenue quotas.
- Align sales plans with corporate goals and collaborate with segment leaders on territory planning.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, provide feedback, pipeline reviews, and accurate forecasting.
- Mentor staff, facilitate problem-solving, implement initiatives, and maintain CRM (Salesforce) usage.
- Promote core values, positive work environment, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Permanently located in Romania.
- B2B sales experience with high-tech products/services.
- Experience in people/team management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent education/experience).
- English Advanced (C1).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interest in technology innovation.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of virtualization industry.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com.
