TL;DR
Customer Success Renewals Representative (Sales): Managing the renewal of customer maintenance contracts and driving revenue growth through retention and upselling with an accent on high-velocity selling and customer experience. Focus on overachieving quotas, managing annual pipelines, and ensuring seamless contract transitions for commercial accounts.
Location: Hybrid (Poland). Must be permanently located in Poland.

What you will do
- Manage and overachieve quota for territory renewal and expansion goals.
- Conduct customer experience assessments and health checks 4+ months before support expiration.
- Reactivate lapsed support through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Collaborate with Deal Desk, Legal, and Sales to prepare special terms and NSQs.
- Assist customers with licensing transfers and support ticket escalation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and high hygiene within Salesforce.com.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English and German languages.
- Proven track record of overachieving quotas and KPIs in Sales, Account Management, or Renewals.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level accounts with complex technical configurations.
- Ability to handle high volumes of email communications and outbound telephone calls.
- Must be permanently located in Poland.

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com.
