CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist

What you will do

• Design and develop a centralized CMDB management application with user-friendly interfaces and configuration item lifecycle workflows.
• Define CMDB data models, configuration item relationships, validation rules, and governance controls.
• Integrate asset, infrastructure, application, and service data through REST APIs, connectors, and automated synchronization.
• Develop executive and operational dashboards for CMDB health and service performance.
• Build automated KPI and SLA reporting, alerts, exception workflows, compliance controls, and continuous CMDB health monitoring.
• Produce trend analysis, actionable service quality reports, technical documentation, user guides, and governance procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of application development experience.
• Strong experience with database design, SQL, data modelling, and REST API integration.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and KPI frameworks.
• Good knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management processes.
• Understanding of ITSM concepts, including Asset Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Data Governance.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google AppSheet or Microsoft Power Platform.
