What you will do

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to cross-functional teams spanning research, clinical, and marketed products.
• Lead and mentor Senior Directors and PPM staff using a player/coach model across multiple disease areas.
• Drive synergies and scalability by optimizing resource allocation to deliver on portfolio priorities.
• Set strategy and oversee decision-making for high-priority, complex programs aligned with corporate objectives.
• Champion organizational design principles to enable agile teams and professional career development.
• Represent PPM in governance forums and influence strategic direction with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field.
• 15+ years of experience, including 7+ years of management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, complex programs at a global level.
• Deep expertise in portfolio management, strategic planning, risk management, and resource management.
• Pharmaceutical drug discovery and development expertise across disciplines.
• Must be based in Boston, MA.
