What you will do

• Align enterprise goals with IT execution by leading strategic initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Oversee cross-functional programs, including roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Drive value realization through KPI definition, business case tracking, and financial oversight.
• Support the adoption of new operating models and agile methodologies through structured change management.
• Act as a liaison between IT and R&D/Medical teams to ensure transparency and shared accountability.
• Provide leadership and professional development to Strategy Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• 4-10+ years of experience in IT or business project management, with at least 1-3 years directing projects.
• Strong knowledge of the technology landscape supporting Medical Affairs and Clinical Development.
• Proven experience with GxP requirements and IT management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead matrixed, transverse projects and manage external partners.
• English proficiency required (French preferred).

• PMP or Prince II certification.
