What you will do

• Lead and motivate a large engineering team to ensure peak productivity and service utilization.
• Manage key customer accounts and commercial contract discussions to meet financial and operational targets.
• Oversee UPS and battery maintenance contracts, ensuring strict adherence to 2-hour SLA requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies, including site-specific RAMS and safety audits.
• Provide technical guidance and support to CRM teams, Technical Managers, and field engineers.
• Prepare detailed RCA reports and present operational performance reviews to senior management and customers.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in UPS Field Service.
• 10 years of experience in the Mechanical/Electrical Industry.
• HNC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Clean Driving License.
• Ability to travel to various locations across the UK.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on customer relations.
