What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design, implementation, and lifecycle of transversal platform capabilities.
• Manage a dedicated backlog and act as Product Owner in scrum teams.
• Ensure changes in core capabilities cascade correctly across all systems and products.
• Drive standardization and platformisation while balancing country-specific market needs.
• Partner with Global Product and architecture teams to ensure scalable, API-driven designs.
• Influence cross-organizational alignment across Product, Technology, Business, and Finance.

Requirements

• Strong experience in complex, transversal platform domains such as pricing, billing, or payments.
• Proven ability to operate across multiple teams, products, and stakeholders.
• Strong Product Ownership experience in platform or E2E contexts.
• Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Systems thinker with a strong E2E and platform mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of driving decisions through influence.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Technical Product Manager or Business Analyst in a multi-sided platform or fintech company.
