Location: Boston, MA. In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor for business stakeholders on Source to Pay technology and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their current and future state strategy, needs, and requirements.
• Implement AI capabilities in the Source to Pay space while meeting compliance, legal, and ethical standards.
• Proactively offer innovative technologies and solution ideas, and potential business process improvements.
• Design, perform, and document system configurations within in-scope platforms and applications.
• Work with offshore team members and peers for platform support and technical development of enhancements and projects.

Requirements

• Experience with Source to Pay technologies (e.g., Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Icertis), Third-Party Risk Management platform (ProcessUnity), Electronic Signature platform (Docusign), Procure-to-Pay platform (Coupa), and Source to Pay Orchestration tools).
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience implementing AI/ML technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Functional and technical expertise with application configurations, integrations, and documentation.
• Experience in program and project management, demand management, resource management and system lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in technology discipline or equivalent and typically requires 6 years of work experience with relevant business systems in the Life Sciences industry, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
